The employment requires a valid Austrian work permit or EU citizenship as you will be employed via one of our contracting partners. The monthly minimum salary amounts to EUR 2.445,79 according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry and is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, we offer additional employee benefits.

The Infineon affiliate DICE (Danube Integrated Circuit Engineering) in Linz is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the field of microelectronics, with a strong focus on research and development. DICE is focusing on high-frequency integrated circuits for mobile communication and navigation applications as well as on complex mixed signal ICs that are used in high frequency automotive radar applications (77/79 GHz).
