      Job description
      In this challenging position you will:

      • Lead globally distributed project teams covering technology concept, device and wafer technology development as well as interaction to product and package
      • Plan, organize and control the project with full responsibility for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets
      • Assure pro-active risk management
      • Secure timely communication to management and stakeholders on project progress
      • Take on the overall technical responsibility for:
      • development and optimization of process blocks in terms of performance and cost
      • management and execution of technical and economic feasibility studies
      • specification of unit process requirements
      • support and coordination of the unit process development in our production lines
      • planning coordination and analysis of process experiments

You are a pro-active, self-driven character, striving to make things better, faster and more efficient. You enjoy leading an international team in a complex and challenging environment, you are flexible and work well under stress.

      You are best prepared for this task if you have:

      • A University or University of Applied Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microsystem Technology or similar
      • At least 6 years of experience in semiconductor industry
      • At least 4 years of experience in planning, reporting and management of projects
      • Experience in silicon process technology
      • Knowledge in problem solving techniques like 8D and risk estimation like FMEA is desired
      • Fluent English skills and at least basic German knowledge are required

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-2017). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
