      Job description / tasks and responsibilities:

      • Deliver HR services to employees and managers in GE/CH resulting in a seamless point of contact to the broader HR organization and ensure successful integration of functional partner initiatives and expertise
      • Alignment with centers of expertise, deployment of global HR policies & processes, responsible for policies and procedures revision and updates in line with local requirements and global guidance
      • Responsible for driving key HR processes: recruitment (talent attraction & selection), administration & payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, retention, termination (exit interviews, law cases), HR communications, handling employee relations issues, HR quality assurance in service delivery
      • Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan in cooperation with corporate HR and C&B department
      • Prepare reports and presentations for Employees, Managers and ams Management
      • Manage direct reports/HR Specialists
      • Maintenance of SAP HR / (IT) systems for all updates on people data, including onboarding, transfers & exiting employees and issue required HR documents
      • Work as a coordinator with contract vendors regarding payroll, work permits, visa, recruiting companies, etc
      • Close cooperation with employee representatives/works council
      • Support and drive global / regional / area projects as assigned (f.i. M&A, PMI, SAP project, ..)

      Education/Experience:

      • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
      • Proven working experience as HR Manager or comparable function
      • People oriented and results driven
      • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
      • Knowledge of HR systems and database (SAP)
      • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
      • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
      • In-depth knowledge of labor law in Germany and Switzerland and HR best practices
      • Fluent in English
