      Job description

      Your responsibility will be on the ASIC, typical blocks include biasing circuits (bandgaps), power-management modules (charge-pumps, voltage-regulators), oscillators, PGAs and in particular Delta-Sigma A/D-converters. High accuracy/ low noise at low area & power consumption are the design targets.

      In your new role you will:

      • Map the product specifications to design architectures and implementations
      • Technically lead a small team of analog and digital design engineers
      • Design advanced analog and mixed-signal blocks
      • Oversee the top level floorplanning and design verification
      • Support the lab analysis and verification of the product
      • Work on feasibility studies and innovation topics

      Your profile

      We are looking for a highly experienced analog design engineer, with experience in mixed-signal IC's, ideally with previous experience in the design of Delta-Sigma converters. You can drive the development of innovative products with high quality and schedule fulfillment.

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
      • 8 + years of experience in mixed-signal design, including Delta-Sigma converters
      • Sound knowledge of mixed-signal design environment and CMOS technologies
      • Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H - I (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-2017). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
