      Junior Agile Coach/ Scrum Master (m/f)

      Your Profile:

      • You are talking and living agile
      • You are excited to share your knowledge with others
      • You are international-oriented, willing to travel and looking forward to advising and supporting our customers in Europe

      Your future areas of responsibility include:

      • Support the implementation of agile transformation projects at our customers' offices
      • Coach development teams as well as the Scrum Master and Product Owner in agile working and methods but you are equally comfortable slipping into these roles
      • Act as the contact person for questions about agile methods and tools
      • Take part in the further development of the BearingPoint agile advisory portfolio and our method know-how
      • Support the organization with our Scrum Community of Practice

      Your qualifications:

      • Minimum one to two years work experience as Product Owner, Scrum Master or Developer in an agile team
      • Good basic knowledge in agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) - both theoretical and practical
      • Very good leading, communication and presentation skills
      • You can recognize conflict potentials at the right time and provide reliable de-escalation
      • Certification as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
      • Knowledge of agile practices in testing and development an advantage
      • Very good German and English skills (written and verbal)
      • Willingness to travel

      The salary for this position is minimum EUR 3.199 gross/month. Dependent on your qualifications and professional experience overpayment is possible.
