      Your responsibilities

      As a member of our local dynamic team you will jointly assume responsibility for our company's success in a new business areas. The main focus of this position will be on end-to-end solutions for Automated Fare Collection (AFC), Intermodal Transport Control Systems (ITCS) and Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) solutions.
      You will be responsible for the following tasks:


      • Support of our sales team by verifying ways to meet the client's potential needs in advance of a tender's publication
      • Provide the necessary documentation and presentation to support the potential client's understanding of the capabilities of our solutions

      Tender Phase

      • Prepare, coordinate and control the entire tender process
      • Assist in and take ownership of the various internal approval phases
      • Define action lists along with action owners and related deadlines
      • Manage a temporary team of people who are involved in the projects to provide information regarding the tender (R&D, project management,…)
      • Take responsibility for cost estimations and negotiating/discussing solutions with 3rd party suppliers
      • Define and write solution responses
      • Keep track of the overall tender response progress
      • Act as a contact person for potential customers and take responsibility for the internal distribution of customer requests and clarification with the according stakeholders
      • Ensure the quality of responses and overall compliance with the requirements


      • Set up a benchmark database in consultation with your colleagues to evaluate competitive and market prices
      • Keep up with the latest trends and innovations and share them internally with the various stakeholders

      Your profile

      • Master's degree or equivalent in a technical/commercial field of study
      • Excellent written and spoken English and good command of German
      • Affinity towards engineering and technical solutions
      • Willingness and flexibility to travel
      • Very good developed analytical skills and sense for structure and details
      • Commercial, assertive communication style
      • Autonomous, proactive, reliable personality
      • Excellent presentation skills and professional appearance
