      Job description / tasks and responsibilities:

      • Manage and lead the Reliability test team
      • Responsible for the reliability test lab (sustaining, calibration, 5S, safety …)
      • Reliability testing for products and technologies (Qualification testing, ORT, monitoring, special investigations, Electrical testing, full documentation)
      • Design and Sourcing of test hardware (e.g. HTOL boards)
      • Design and create test setups for Biased Life Tests, incl. full documentation
      • Support of test operators in electrical testing of devices
      • Transfer reliability test setups to secondary laboratories
      • Development of best practices regarding reliability testing
      • Equipment evaluation and qualification
      • Maintenance and sustaining work on laboratory tools and equipment, typically lab bench equipment and environmental test chambers
      • Continuous improvement of ams Product Reliability Test Procedures and Tools
      • Act as reliability test representative to internal and external costumers, sub-contractors and suppliers

      Education/Experience:

      • Technical Degree (Master, BSc or equivalent) in electrical engineering or similar
      • Several years of experience in semiconductor industry
      • Several years of experience in reliabilty testing beneficial
      • High self-organizing skills and good communication skills, team player
      • Know-how in circuit design and layouting, electrical laboratory bench testing and circuit debugging
      • Know how in product reliability testing beneficial
      • Good social skills and team leading capabilities
      • Good English and German skills
      • Capable to succeed in a fast paced environment
      • Willingness to work in an international team
