      Job description

      In your new role you will:

      • Plan, organize and control the project with full responsibility for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets
      • Manage and control the entire project life-cycle and ensure hand-over to sustaining function as main contact person for all questions regarding the project
      • Form and lead the project team and assign responsibilities within the project to project managers of sub-projects and project members
      • Manage projects / sub projects with moderate complexity, risk, impact as well as reach
      • Continuously focus on project quality, assess progress and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges

      Your profile

      You think and act in a cooperative way and are personally committed to the customer's concerns.

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics or comparable
      • At least 6 years of experience in project management in the semiconductor
      • Some relevant working experience related to MEMS is a big plus
      • Some experience with MEMS assembly technologies is an advantage
      • Experience in ISO26262 compliant product developments is a plus
      • Good knowledge in project-related legal topics and management of financial aspects
      • Good English skills with German skills as a plus

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group J ( The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.

      The Automotive segment (ATV) designs, develops, manufactures and markets semiconductors for use in automotive applications.
