As co-worker Relations Specialist (m/f) you establish and foster an ongoing open dialogue with co-workers, their associations and other organisations, playing a key role in successful negotiations with worker´s council/labour union. Together with all units you secure the implementation of country HR policies and procedures in line with employment law compliance and follow ups. You drive the implementations and follow up of the problem resolution process as well as the IKEA ´s employment standards in all units. Furthermore you have the responsibility for the legal oversight and compliance. Therefor you work in close partnership with all business functions.
By Austrian labour law we are committed to announce the minimum wage by collective agreement (Angestellte und Lehrlinge in Handelsbetrieben) of EUR 43.442,-- per year. We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
