      Job description

      In your new role you will:

      • Plan, organize and control the project with full responsibility for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets
      • Manage and control the entire project life-cycle and ensure hand-over to sustaining function as main contact person for all questions regarding the project
      • Form and lead the project team and assign responsibilities within the project to project managers of sub-projects and project members
      • Manage projects / sub projects with moderate complexity, risk, impact as well as reach
      • Manage a diverse project team with sub-projects and assign tasks / work packages to the most appropriate individuals
      • Structure projects, ensure compliance and hold project team accountable
      • Integrate and balance skills and development areas of team members when creating Teams
      • Continuously focus on project quality, assess progress and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges

      You think and act in a cooperative way and are personally committed to the customer's concerns.

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable
      • At least 4 years of experience in project management for mixed-signal circuit design development in the semiconductor industry
      • An excellent understanding of product- and process development in terms of project initiation, planning including reporting and documentation, you have already managed projects to a successful finish
      • Ideally you are familiar with the semiconductor environment
      • Presentation skills and self-confidence
      • Good knowledge in project-related legal topics and management of financial aspects
      • Good English skills with German skills as a plus

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H - I ( The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
