      Service Operations Expert for Quality Systems - Laboratory Informatics / KUNDL

      Area of Responsibility

      • Oversee and monitor day-to-day operations of the globally deployed Laboratory Informatics applications in scope to ensure stability, integrity and business continuity
      • Ensures all services/major accountabilities (based on ITOM Role, Anchor Role, and Design Authority Input/function Input) are delivered to the agreed SLAs
      • Monitor, measure, report and review performance of services in close collaboration with Service Performance Managers
      • Manage and support application to meet the needs of the Quality business area, including providing technical support to the Business
      • Ensure day-to-day operational support activities are performed to the required compliance and process adherence


      • Education: University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences or similar
      • Languages: Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
      • Experience: 5+ years Pharma, IT and Manufacturing/Engineering exposure

      We are offering a competitive salary in line with the market and based on your qualification, experience and individual competencies. The basic salary is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement (at least EUR 54.000,-- per year)
