      Job description

      In your new role you will:

      • plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments (including DOE's)
      • specify new single processes together with UPD
      • coordinate frontend processing of development lots (generation of split plans, trial routes, etc.)
      • develop new process control structures and electrical characterization of test structures
      • be responsible for the process flow definition (process of records)
      • analyse functional test results
      • coordinate physical analyses
      • be responsible for project management

      Your profile

      You pursue ambitious goals and generate value with your ideas and solutions. You communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation.

      You are best equipped for this task if you have:

      • A Master or Phd degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable
      • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferred in semiconductor technology development
      • Project management skills as a plus
      • Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment Group H ( The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.
