      Supply Chain Controlling Team Member (m/f)

      Area of Responsibility

      • Monthly preparation, leading and coordination of global and regional meetings, such as IBP (Integrated Business Planning) related Reconciliation Meeting, Supply Planning Meeting
      • Project Management with focus on SCM related process improvements and savings
      • Perform defined Novartis Financial Control Management (NFCM) controls
      • IGM Coordination in form of business information management, implementation of GMRM (Record Management), process standardization, training support, best practice sharing within SCM
      • Launch pipelines (Pre-set up in SAP)
      • Optimize SAP usage within global and local SC teams
      • Measure global KPIs and run root cause activities to drive improvements


      • Education: General qualification for university entrance (Matura), university of applied sciences /university (business)
      • Languages: Excellent command of English, good German
      • Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, purchasing, production or sales. Knowledge of complex supply and logistics processes
      • Profile: Excellent negotiation, project management and communication skills. High degree of flexibility, team-player and confidence in dealing with conflicts. Good Excel knowledge and ERP experience (SAP) is beneficial. Good expertise in creation of KPIs which are relevant in the pharmaceutical industry

      We are offering a competitive salary in line with the market and based on your qualification, experience and individual competencies. The basic salary is composed of a market oriented excess payment and the respective amount according to the Austrian collective agreement (at least EUR 45.311,04 per year).
