      The Global HR Information Systems Team (HRIS) at our headquarters owns the design and development of a total HRIS strategy using all current technologies and touching on all areas of HR system functions. To further develop the team, we are currently looking for a Global HR BI Specialist, who will support us in maintaining the HR BI Reporting, including headcount, compensation and expense reporting. The HR BI Specialist will additionally provide planning solutions (HC Planning), monitor HR Master Data and work cross-departmentally on global projects (f.e. Core Data Model).

      Areas that play to your strengths

      (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with)

      • Concept development for and implementation as well as support of BI solutions

      Prepare business concepts for new BI solutions or their re-design, including making timelines and ensuring as well as documenting achievement of milestones

      Test new solutions, prepare training materials and documentations and coordinate roll-out of new solutions as well as conduct training

      • Global BI projects & cross-departmental cooperation

      Work on global BI projects in close collaboration with departments across our entire company

      Coordinate the assignment of activities to the BI Team in close cooperation with our global IT and Finance department and participate in the internal Core Data Model alignment meetings

      • Maintain HR KPIs

      Maintain HR KPIs as well as their common and function-specific dimensions support on the user authorization process for BI solutions and KPIs

      • Data quality monitoring

      Manage data integration and data quality with respect to data sources, KPIs, reports and processes

      Support on regular data quality cycles and conduct as well as supervise monthly HR closing

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in SAP BI - analysis and reporting, ideally in an HR environment (Headcount, Compensation, HR KPIs)
      • Experience in Project Management
      • Profound technical knowledge and up-to-date experience in SAP BI and SAP HR
      • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
      • General and integrated understanding of HR and Controlling business processes
      • Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills, performance and result oriented, team player
      • Degree in computer science, business, controlling or adequate working experience
      • Good command of English, both spoken and written
