In this role, you´ll develop, oversee and manage all aviation related topics of Red Bull Air Race to ensure safe and competitive racing. Furthermore, you´ll contribute to the overall success of the company by adopting an innovative approach and setting global benchmarks within your area of competence.

As Head of Aviation & Sport, you´ll be responsible for delivering the Red Bull Air Race Championship and ensure a traceable race processing.
You´ll manage all Red Bull Air Race events and related events in accordance with local law and regulations, safety and Red Bull Air Race rules and regulations to ensure the uniqueness of the sport. You´ll act in accordance with the flight ops manual and assure that all involved parties act in compliance. Furthermore, you´ll be the point of contact for the FAI delegate.
You´ll oversee our cooperation and communication with Race Teams and Challenger Cup Pilots.
In this role, you´ll be responsible for the training and selection of potential future pilots.
As Head of Aviation & Sport, you´ll contribute to the further development of the uniqueness of the sport.
You´ll also control the safe status of the Red Bull aircraft fleet.
Your aviation experience will also help the GM of Red Bull Air Race in the selection of possible future locations.
Additionally, you´ll be responsible for the aviation budget.
Furthermore, you´ll contribute with expertise and manpower to the Research & Development department.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2483 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
