      Compliance Officer (m/f)

      Full-time or part-time, Commercial Operations, Sandoz GmbH, Vienna

      Area of Responsibility

      • Maintain and update compliance standards based on internal policies and guidelines / implementing procedures
      • Maintain and update processes and SOPs for relevant compliance policies
      • Establish and update the annual local training plan for Sandoz internal compliance guidelines
      • Carry out and supervise monitoring and control activities of all Compliance related activities
      • Continually provide advice and guidance to the business on compliance topics and challenges
      • Ensure allegations of misconduct are reported in a timely manner
      • Champion speak-up, transparency and a culture of integrity throughout the organization

      Qualifications

      • Education: Degree from Austrian University in Law, Business Law, Economics or Natural Sciences
      • Languages: German and English (both fluent)
      • Experience: 3-5 years' post-qualification experience, preferably as Compliance Officer in a pharmaceutical company / the healthcare industry, advanced problem solving skills, solid communications, presentation and advocacy skills, experience in project and process management, high personal integrity, character to resist business pressure

      Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 60.000,-- Euros.
