      We are looking for an International Logistics Manager (m/f) to strengthen our Supply Chain Management Department at the international Red Bull headquarters in Salzburg, Austria. In this role you will directly manage different logistics subcontractors and fulfillment partners and lead a team of four employees. You will ensure that the current logistic setup is in line with the needs of internal and external customers by proactively initiating and managing changes as well as improvement activities.       • Management

      Initiate and directly manage logistic tenders

      Management of specific 3PLs mainly in terms of service provided and related costs

      Lead a team of four employees

      • Processes

      Structure, standardize and streamline all operational processes, automating related workflows within SAP or other IT tools. Constantly monitor service level provided to internal and external customers.

      • Improvement Activities

      Initiate and manage continuous improvement activities to support ongoing supply chain activities by ensuring cost efficiency.

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      • Working experience in a managerial role in Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics, preferably within a multinational (FMCG) company
      • A track record in effectively managing Logistic Outsourcing projects
      • Excellent knowledge of the logistics market and its dynamics on an international scale
      • Proactive and positive Can Do attitude, analytical, process orientated with strong negotiation and communication skills
      • Great team player who can drive and motivate the team towards common goals
      • SAP R/3 (Module SD / MM), MS Office
      • Master degree in industrial management engineering, business administration or equivalent
      • Fluency in English is a must, any other language will be advantageous

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.688 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
