      • Creating talent pools for large growth areas through proactively sourcing candidates and networking locally
      • Responsible for the end to end recruitment of a variety of roles across EMEA
      • Working closely with the business to understand there needs, working alongside them to create efficient processes and minimise time to hire
      • Becoming an SME within your area and keeping up to date with the current markets to influence and advise senior stakeholders
      • Engaging hiring Managers and maintaining high levels of communication and visibility
      • Leading the way with innovative recruitment solutions and implementing best practice
      • Ensuring the candidate experience is excellent every time

      What you will need to succeed:

      • Extensive experience as a Senior Recruiter
      • Significant end to end recruitment in EU
      • Talent acquisition background - including proactive headhunting
      • The ability to introduce new sourcing methods to achieve results
      • Delivery focussed and comfortable working towards KPIs
      • Excellent senior stakeholder management
      • Fluent English and German speaking

      • Experience with recruiting in MEA would be desirable
      • An additional EU language
      • A background within the financial services sector
      • Self-motivation combined with time management skills
