      Our Claims Management & Guidelines Team in Vienna is further developing and is looking for an additional support:

      Claims Project manager (m/f)

      What to expect

      • Support vision and mission in order to pursue the strategy and goals of UNIQA Group
      • Develop / Define in close co-ordination with all relevant countries best practices and innovative performance in Claims process
      • Control key performance indicators (KPIs)
      • Coordination of UNIQA Group claims handling activities / initiatives
      • Support in introduction of methods and training of tools for claims handling in all UNIQA Group countries
      • Project-related support during implementation phase
      • Develop vision and solutions for related claim topics and contribute the ideas of future Claims handling process
      • Implement best practice in claims P&C in all relevant countries in order to achieve the defined goals
      • Support in process-based capacity planning in respect of claims management
      • Ensure the sustainable development of all actions / measures taken

      We expect

      • Ideally university degree with main focus on project management and process management in Claims
      • At least 3-4 years of experience in the area of claims management
      • Knowledge of our main competitors and key players on our markets with respect to claims management
      • Experience in project and process management
      • Experience in consulting, moderation and training

      Annual minimum wage according to collective agreement: EUR 35.555,52 gross. We are prepared to exceed depending on qualification and experience.
