      Behaviour Modelling Engineer (m/f)

      Your tasks:

      • Abstract performance behavior modelling for system requirement definition
      • Functional behavior modelling to enable efficient analogue verification of complex systems.
      • Interacting with analogue designers and verification teams.
      • Debugging issues and finding solutions for our complex mixed signal integrated circuits.

      Your profile: [

      • University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, etc.

      • 5 years or more experiences in writing behavior models
      • Understanding of specifications and protocols which can be typically found in a Customer Requirement Specification
      • Experience in the Matlab language
      • Being able to write end 2 end Matlab model of a complex transceiver
      • Good understanding of digital signal processing
      • Being able to understand an electrical schematic
      • Experience in Verilog AMS WREAL Language Modelling and Simulation of analogue circuits
      • Being able to work in a multi disciplinary team
      • Being fluent in speaking and writing of the English language

      NXP offers competitive compensation. Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role this amounts to EUR 46.000 gross. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible.
