      Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits (m/f)

      Your Tasks and responsibilities

      • Introduce new and enhance existing global C&B policies/procedures
      • Ownership and end-to-end execution of C&B processes, e.g. short-term incentives, recognition plans, personnel budgeting, forecasting, compensation reviews
      • Conduct global compensation benchmark as input to the compensation policy
      • Cooperate with the HR business partners and business managers to translate business requirements into C&B solutions
      • Participate in C&B activities related to Mergers & Acquisitions
      • Partner with the business to advise on the latest C&B policies to further improve the value proposition
      • HR controlling and personnel cost analysis

      Your Profil

      • Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance or Management Science with several years of experience in C&B
      • Senior C&B team professional with deep expertise and proven competencies in C&B related policies and procedures
      • Proven C&B experience in (international) consultancy firms and/or leading multinationals
      • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
      • SAP knowledge is a plus
      • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
      • Fluent in English, German language is a plus
      • Ability to explain issues in a simple way
      • Strong influencing skills, team player and excellent stakeholder management skills
      • Results-driven, hands-on and confident to advise stakeholders on C&B related matters in a global environment
      • Proven ability to manage projects / processes independently from start to end (can-do mentality)
      • High-tech/Semiconductors experience is a plus
