      Job description / tasks and responsibilities:

      • Position Focus / Areas of Responsibility:
        - Actively drive global processes improvements
        - Manage major escaltions with top suppliers
        - Visit and manage major suppliers in Asia, US and europe
        - Global SCM procurement processes responsiblity

        • Fluently spoken English
        • Knowledge of relevant planning systems and IT environment (MS office, SAP, Promis, Sharepoint,...)
        • Broad knowledge about the Supply chain of a semiconductor manufacturer
      • Coordinating daily business with assigned subcontractors
        • Establish a stable communication process with subcontractors
        • Ensure that the schedule of subcontractor is as planned
        • Monitoring, ensuring and maintaining of ship out dates for the in Supply Chain assigned Subcontractors
        • Preparation, booking and handling of purchase orders in SAP (ERP System), Promis (MES System) and other related IT SYSTEMS
        • Full handling of stocks at suppliers (finished, semfinished,…)
      • • Full handling of transfers between suppliers and ams plants
        • Active handling of periodization's, hot lot's, allocation,…
        • updated on all subcontractor related matters, regarding our products
        • Business trips to assigned subcontractors in coordination with SCM management
        • Subcontractor performance metering (Lead time, OTD,…) and preparation of management reports
      • • Early warning and close communication with SCM-Team (capacity constraints, delivery problems, missing materials, scraps …)
        • Forecasting and planning for assigned subcontractor volume
        • Act in a cost-effective manner
        • Supporting the permanent improvement of process
        • Perform such other SCM related task

      Education/Experience:

      • -5 years + experience on Procurement / Purchasing
        -Academic degree or equivaltant education

      Place of Employment:

      Premstaetten / Austria / Europe
