      The purpose of this role is to facilitate and drive operational excellence of HR organizations within Red Bull based on local, market based needs as well as strategic requirements from our Centers of Expertise (CoE) at the headquarters (HQ). As Global HR Project Manager you will ensure the integration of global tools across all fields of HR and the adoption by local business. This includes the design and implementation of processes in an efficient and effective manner in a fast evolving business environment. Additionally you will support the HR organizations in striving for an insights driven business partner approach, being capable to identify and execute initiatives that will enable business performance. In alignment with the HQ CoE, you will own global HR processes and take over responsibility for the global headcount planning process.

      Areas that play to your strengths

      (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with)


      Management of the global HC planning process as well as Key User for the HC planning pool

      Definition of process improvements to drive efficiencies

      Ensure a quality reporting to all key stakeholders (e.g. Finance)

      Development the HC planning process to cover externals accurately


      Run ad-hoc data analyses via BI to identify potential risks and opportunities

      Streamline and manage the global HR reporting processes (incl. HR dashboards)

      Act as a partner for the global CoE to ensure that their reporting fulfills the needs of the markets


      Ensure that all processes in the HR process library are up-to date

      If necessary update HR processes in close alignment with the CoE as well as the markets.

      Ensure that existing guidelines reflect global processes


      Manage the global HR calendar

      Manage the global HR communication (e.g. workbench structure, project updates, etc.)

      Ensure that the different global projects are internally aligned (timing/resources)

      Ensure that regional feedback get´s collected and integrated in global projects

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR in a global organization and/or HR planning experience
      • Experience in HR reporting, ideally incl. HC reporting, SAP BI is a plus
      • Experience in project management and process design
      • Strong analytical thinking and structured working style, combined with the ability to see the big picture
      • Ability to design reporting structures and communicate efficiently on all levels of the organization and with different cultures and departments
      • University degree in Business Administration or similar
      • Fluent in English, ideally also German
