      RF System engineer with experience with magnetic coupling Systems like wireless charging, 125kHz or 13.56MHz RF ID System.
      Part of the work is concept development, for NFC solution (definition of new RF architecure, coupling and antenna Tuning), to analyze the Efficiency and Performance of RF System and to improve specifications for 13.56MHz Systems and to simulate the whole System). Based on the concept prototypes shall be developed.


      • Definition ofNFC RF Systemconcept to allow coexistence between 13.56MHz
      • Supporting Standardization NFC Forum
      • Definition of Verification and Validation for NFC
      • Defining the Content for Application notes


      • University degree in electrical engineering or similar technical studies
      • Experience with following Simulation Tools: Spice Simulator (ADC, LTSpice, Cadence - Orcad)
      • Mathematic tool (Matlab, Mathcad)
      • Solid English skills, willing to learn German
      • Already are a Team player, proving passion and willingness to learn

      NXP offers competitive compensation. Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role this amounts to EUR 46.000 gross. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible.
