      Regional Sales Manager, based in Singapore (f/m)

      FREQUENTIS Singapore Pte Ltd. is the hub for FREQUENTIS' business in the Asia region. Expanding FREQUENTIS' business through local competence, customer closeness and fast responsiveness is our overarching goal. We will expand the business with our existing customers, win new customers and enter new market segments and countries. In this senior role you will report directly to the Managing Director and manage sales leads, agents and regional partners as part of a growing team of sales professionals.

      Your tasks

      • successfully developing sales projects and ensuring order intake
      • managing customer requirements in accordance with FREQUENTIS' product & solution portfolio
      • managing sales projects from prospect to the hand-over to project management
      • guiding the offer preparation and providing sales related input during the offer and implementation phase
      • managing and coordinating FREQUENTIS agents / representatives

      Your profile

      • at least 10 years proven Sales Management experience in Air Traffic Management, Telecommunications or IT sector, performed in an international environment
      • field proven experience in sales and negotiations of complex business with noticeable results (in particular with public authorities) is a plus
      • sound intercultural and business experience in the Asia
      • willingness to extensive travelling to the responsible sales region and overseas
      • being fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia and or German is an advantage
