The High Mobility Pool is designed to introduce university graduates with some years of professional experience to the voestalpine group. For two years HMP participants discover numerous companies of our four divisions all over the world and work on various projects, gaining a wide range of experience in different professional areas. The project assignments last 4-6 months each and offer the opportunity to learning-by-doing. Individualized training, education and mentoring support the professional and personal development. The HMP is about developing well-rounded professionals who have a comprehensive understanding of group processes. We want to identify participants´ talents and prepare them for a permanent position within the group. Recent permanent positions were in Business Development, Product Management, Executive Assistance, Project Management, Sales, Logistics Management, Strategy Development, Finance and Controlling. Internationality is key for staffing the High Mobility Pool. For Generation 2018 focus will be put on China, North America and Europe.
We are looking for graduates from University or similar Tertiary Education Institutions (with a minimum 3 years of education) in technical, economic or metallurgic fields with some years of relevant work experience. English or German language skill level A1/ B1 is a must. You dispose of some international experience (e.g. from living or studying abroad) and bring along a high level of mobility due to regularly changing international work placements, as well as high flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changes. Your professional background allowed you to develop project management skills and to gather practical experiences. Your personality comprises strong analytical and conceptual skills, entrepreneurial spirit and a high ability to reflect. Employment will be with voestalpine AG in Linz/ Austria. Salary package : Remuneration is based on the applicable collective agreement for metall workers and will be 46.000 EUR per year.
