      • In a nutshell

      In this role, you will be a part of the Media Services team at Red Bull Media House. We are responsible for the Red Bull Content Pool, which is a B2B platform where images, videos and news are made available to global media for editorial use. The ultimate goal of the team is to maximize media coverage in print, tv and online by delivering relevant content and international stories to key media partners.

      • Marketing

      You will be in charge of streamlining corporate communications and ensuring a consistent presence of the Media Services team throughout all platforms and the Intranet. In addition to that, you will get the chance to be involved in the creation of promotional materials and deliverables, as well as guidelines to support media activation efforts on and off site.

      • Customer Relationship Management

      The contact data base is at the core of our Media Services. Therefore, you will strongly support the efficient and effective management of user data which should result in successful distributions and thus, increase coverage. You will support the team in managing the classification of users within the Red Bull Content Pool contacts database in order to structure, implement and analyze different projects (Key accounts, retention process, etc.) as part of the CRM strategy.

      • Reporting

      Finally, you will support necessary cyclical and ad hoc data analytics with a range of internal and external tools (e.g. BI tools, Google Analytics and email marketing platforms). You will work on generating data-based insights and recommendations for the entire Media Services team, as well as Series and Country Managers.

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      • Experience in working with data or strong interest in analytics.
      • Prior work experience in media industry is a plus.
      • Analytical mindset, proactive and can-do attitude
      • Creative problem solver, team player
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interest in digital trends
      • Advanced Microsoft Office (Pivot tables), familiarity with CMS systems & CRM tools.
      • Adobe package (Photoshop, InDesign), web-tracking software (e.g. Google Analytics) are a plus
      • Degree in Economics/Business/Communications/Media preferred.
      • Fluent in English written and spoken, any additional language is a plus.

      Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1546 gross per month.
