      • In a nutshell

      In this unique internship you'll increase our efforts in engaging our target groups and support markets with the strategy shift within Culture by supporting the markets with information. You will provide the markets with more information related to activation tactics, wins, learnings and also guidelines. The purpose of this internship would be to support the team with collecting and producing these insights for the markets and manage the distribution of this information.

      • Collect information

      Your task will be to collect information from Music, Dance and Social Innovation communication leads and compile it into a succinct format to distribute to markets.

      • Research and investigate trends

      In this role you'll identify trends and insights based on the wins and learnings looking at past and current activations. You will engage in research and investigation outside examples that work well our target group as a source of inspiration.

      • Internal communication

      During the time of your internship you will be the Always-On internal communicator for our team feeding information across the international network and markets.

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      • Interest and/or Experience in Music, Dance and Social Innovation areas - whether professionally or personally
      • Basic communication planning knowledge across ESO
      • Editorially savvy with an understanding of story development, identifying story angles and production
      • Data savvy (knows how to read Google Analytics and Social stats) and can use Excel expertly
      • Design savvy ideally in PPT, Pageflow
      • Resourceful in researching
      • Extremely organized
      • Education in Communications, Marketing, ideally in the field of Media and Culture
      • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus

      Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1546 gross per month.
