      The Group Secretariat (GS) is responsible for the meeting management of the corporate board meetings (management board, supervisory board and its committees, general meeting) of Erste Group Bank AG. GS gives interpretation and provision of legal advice regarding Banking Act, Savings Bank Act, other regulations and general provisions of corporate law, carries management of activities within the framework of strategic lobbying for Erste Group Bank AG, acts as single point of contact for regulatory authorities and coordinates the group-wide policies and procedures framework.


      • pursue a university or FH-degree, preferably in economics / business administration or legal
      • support the entire area in various tasks/activities
      • support the organization of management meetings and its documentation
      • support answering regulatory requests
      • coordinate and prepare meetings for on-site inspections by regulatory authorities
      • analyze and prepare management information for the group support function
      • analyze and monitor policies and procedures roll-out status and documentation
      • have strong analytical skills and work excel in precision
      • are willing to learn and have excellent communication skills
      • act as a team player with hands-on approach, (internal) customer orientation
      • treat all work related information highly confidential
      • are proficient in standard MS Office applications
      • are fluent in German and English, knowledge of CEE languages would be appreciated
