      Team Lead | Analytical Product Development

      Generic Product Development in Unterach / Austria

      Area of Responsibility

      • Manage one of three analytical teams and take care of proper resource planning (budget/people/activities/ technologies/timelines/…) and KPI setting
      • Provide leadership to the team and drive + focus on continuous talent development
      • Maintain a close collaboration with other relevant partners inside and outside the development center including Technical Operations and Quality as well as relevant functions in the global organization
      • Ensure efficient implementation and timely execution of development projects with special regards to a robust analytical method development, method validation and transfer as well as relevant documentation
      • Perform active innovation management by supporting proactive screening for new technologies
      • Ensure rigorous adherence to quality compliance and HSE standards

      Qualification

      • Degree in Chemistry or equivalent area
      • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry
      • Strong leadership skills (proven track record in leading teams is a big plus)
      • Experience in development of oncolytic or potent generic sterile injectable products desirable
      • In-depth knowledge of c-GMP standards
      • Persuasive, result-driven and pro-active personality with and a strong can-do-mindset
      • Keen sense of responsibility and dedication for making solid decisions
      • Natural communicator and creator with strong problem solving skills
      • Fluency in in English; German is a plus

In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum annual gross salary for this role is 47.207,00 euros (full time). We are willing to overpay.
