      Internship in Organisational Development (m/f)

      The department "Run the Bank Retained Organisation" is part of Holding IT and plans and steers quality and availability of the running IT services to ensure that the Bank business departments receive value for IT spendings, observance and adherence to all external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures. Furthermore, the department plans and steers the Service Portfolio Management including the functions of IT Risk Management and IT Security Management, executes IT Risk assessments for projects and governs captive and non-captive IT vendors.


      • are currently enrolled in a study program with an economic or technical focus (ideally you are in your last semester)
      • have experience in at least one of the following disciplines: IT Management, Project Management, Process Management or Organisational Development
      • organise and document meetings between IT and Bank Retained Organisation
      • draft working instructions in alignment with our experts
      • support the preparation and documentation of workshops
      • analyze and summarize contracts
      • support the development of Run the Bank Governance
      • are excellent in self-management and time-management
      • are ambitious to push topics forward and are very self-motivated
      • have excellent communication and presentation skills
      • possess excellent MS office skills
      • have advanced English skills written and spoken
