      An outstanding opportunity to become part of our Global Sales Team in Swarovski Professional (B2B). In this exciting position you are responsible for the operational execution of the Global Demand Planning & Prioritization Process for Global Corporate Gifts, ensuring an efficient and effective planning-, allocation- and escalation process.

      Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Manage the global demand planning process across the entire lifecycle of the SKU
      • Provide a validated Sales demand plan as input into the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for products and tools
      • Manage the operational decision-making process on high value allocation decisions in situations of critically low availability
      • Define key performance indicators, prioritization criteria and benchmarks to actively measure and improve project and process success
      • Build and leverage the network of multiple stakeholders within different business units
      • Ensure a performance oriented and effective collaboration with all stakeholders
      • Further develop improved tools and methods to achieve the right level of accuracy
      • Ensure that the critical demand planning processes are designed and performed as efficiently as possible and are constantly improved


      We are looking for a motivated talent who is up for an exciting challenge. You feel comfortable working in an international environment, being a team player and self-reliant at the same time.

      Furthermore, you have the following background:

      • Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management or a related field
      • 5+ years of experience in the retail / B2B industry of which at least 3 years in the area of Demand Planning and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning)
      • Proven track record in Demand Planning initiatives
      • Ability to work within a matrix organization and to establish mutually beneficial lateral collaborations
      • Attention to details and Planning & Organizing skills with a strong commitment to deadlines
      • Strategic capabilities to define and constantly improve processes and tools
      • Excellent written and spoken English skills
      • Willingness to travel frequently (~10-20%)

      As required by law, we advise that the collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is set at a minimum of EUR 38.585,82,- gross. Our actual salaries are market competitive, and take individual qualifications and experience into account.
