To strengthen our Event Production team, we are looking for an ambitious Technical Production Manager (m/f). As Technical Production Manager, you are responsible for the overall event setup planning, the related venue design and budget controlling and furthermore installing and monitoring the overall technical documentation for the Red Bull Air Race event series.

      Areas that play to your strengths

      (all the responsibilities we'll trust you with)

      • Event Master Plan

      As Technical Production Manager, you´ll be responsible for the design and distribution of the event master plan for all venues and all related parties. Also, you´ll take over the budget controlling for the event set up.

      • Event Production Site Visits

      You´ll concept, time and manage event production site visits in collaboration with the Event Production Department and its supplier. In addition, you´ll prepare all onsite requirement lists and sharing them with the host countries and third party suppliers, agencies, etc. .

      • Managing local agencies and suppliers

      In this role, you´ll manage local agencies and suppliers on concept implementation and timing, complete on-site management and cost controlling.

      • Working Documentation

      You´ll prepare all working documentation like technical requirements sheets, final setup plans and detailed workflow lists.

      • Management of Communication Flow

      In addition, you´ll manage the communication flow between the Red Bull Air Race host countries and the Red Bull Air Race team. You´ll collect all technical requirements and delegating them with keeping the cost efficiency in mind.

      • Technical Systems & Equipment

      The research, development and integration for new technical systems, as well as tendering and purchasing technical equipment is part of your responsibility.

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      • Experience in setup planning and event engineering for large-scale events
      • Experience in planning on resource management for staff and consumables
      • Excellent analytical thinking, creativity and organizational skills
      • Team player
      • Professional Microsoft Office & Apple / CAD knowledge
      • Driving license group B, forklift license is a plus
      • Relevant working experience
      • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)

      Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1595 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
