As Project Manager, you will support the management with strategic tasks and projects involved in the day-to-day operations. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for specific projects within various departments of Operations. In some cases, this will involve tracking milestones and ensuring project targets are achieved, while in others you manage projects directly.
You will monitor internal data about organizational performance and external data about industry. Therefor you'll analyze statistics, research data, KPIs, companies' / countries' data, and developing action recommendations.
You will regularly monitor and optimize workflows and processes within Operations.
You will prepare the agenda for meetings, attend and minute meetings.
You will collect and compile department-related reports.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1,595 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
