      • In a nutshell

      As Project Manager, you will support the management with strategic tasks and projects involved in the day-to-day operations. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for specific projects within various departments of Operations. In some cases, this will involve tracking milestones and ensuring project targets are achieved, while in others you manage projects directly.

      • Monitoring internal data

      You will monitor internal data about organizational performance and external data about industry. Therefor you'll analyze statistics, research data, KPIs, companies' / countries' data, and developing action recommendations.

      • Optimizing of Workflows and Processes

      You will regularly monitor and optimize workflows and processes within Operations.

      • Organization of Meetings

      You will prepare the agenda for meetings, attend and minute meetings.

      • Reporting

      You will collect and compile department-related reports.

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      • 3-5 years' experience in project management.
      • Experience with development of business cases.
      • Good understanding of financial KPIs and financial figures.
      • Able to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
      • Well organized, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and perform multiple tasks seamlessly.
      • Strong organizational skills, ability to stay focused, efficient and effective under pressure.
      • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
      • Ability to handle the demands of different personality types.
      • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
      • A professional and positive demeanor.
      • A keen interest in Media / TV Business.
      • Master's degree in Business Administration, Media Technology or similar.
      • Excellent German and English language skills (written and verbally)

      Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1,595 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
