      Partner Channel Marketing Manager Enablement (1096696/KA)

      Microsoft is looking for a Partner Channel Marketing Manager- Enablement to join the Austrian One Commercial Partner team, reporting directly to the Western Europe HQ team. This role will drive a successful local Partner Readiness Plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders, as well as with high level of collaboration to external training companies in our Partner Ecosystem.

      Key responsibilities

      • Drive of subsidiary Partner Readiness plan including orchestration and execution of that plan and continuous evaluation of it based on results
      • Manage trainings for product updates and releases that require update training for partners with training events and certification trainings, delivered digitally and in-person
      • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the all up capacity by applying capability development
      • Drive of Learning Plans - ensure the right content delivered in the right format, to the right partner audience, at the right time
      • Own, execute and drive usage of the learning plan and paths for building sales, technical and marketing capability aligned to the subsidiary/area capacity targets
      • Work closely with internal stakeholders to invite their partners to the right training events to drive the right capability and certification for each practice
      • Ensure to make the right partner training available across the multiple channels and to drive the right certification for the competency needed to be co-sell ready
      • Drive collaboration with external Learning Partners and Distributors for an aligned approach
      • Establish a clear reporting on the progress by solution area readying partners and developing competencies in the market in alignment with capacity goals

      Knowledge and Experience

      • Bachelor degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations)
      • Experience in partner readiness and enablement and/or business experience, preferably in the Learning & Development field
      • Program & project management experience building and landing training programs
      • Partner ecosystem and industry insights and knowledge of partner business models
      • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to build insights that drive the right enablement activities
      • Passion to succeed in a quickly changing business environment showing thought-leadership in driving cloud partner transformation
      • Possess excellent collaboration and teamwork skills to improve alignment of content and engines across multiple groups
      • Obsessed and committed to optimal partner and customer satisfaction
      • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences
      • Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners
      • German as first language, fluent in English
