      An outstanding opportunity to become part of our Global Sales Team in Swarovski Professional (B2B). Swarovski Professional is the global leader of manufacturing precision cut crystal for more than 5,000 fashion, jewelry and interior design customers. In this role, you will drive new sales opportunities with the creation of B2B products and solutions that are ready for retail.

      Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Thrive sales with the marketed Retail-Ready-Solutions (RRS) in various industries, such as beauty and jewelry
      • Propose, develop and implement global RRS in cooperation and alignment with the local sales organizations
      • Create a sustainable growth plan for the RRS
      • Identify the right distribution channels and develop an excellent route-to-market
      • Act as a strong link between our local sales teams, the clients and our HQ to strengthen our ability to understand the market needs and to develop relevant products
      • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Development, Trend, Design and Sales to assure the creation of relevant RRS
      • Ensure that local teams have all relevant sales materials and tools to close deals
      • Help the sales organization to understand and implement global RRS and their guidelines


      You are a motivated talent who is up for an exciting challenge. You are eager to learn and develop yourself - professionally and personally. You feel comfortable working in an international environment, being a team player and self-reliant at the same time.

      Furthermore, you have the following background:

      • BSc or MSc in Business Administration or a related field
      • A minimum of 3 years' work experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Program Management or Retail Management
      • An entrepreneurial and sales-driven mindset always seeking and exploring business opportunities
      • Fluent English skills
      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convince and motivate business partners

      Due to legal reasons, we advise that the collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is at least EUR 38.600,00,- gross. Our actual salaries are market competitive, and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration.
