      The "Medication Management Solutions" platform is part of BD Medical and develops and manufactures medical-pharmaceutical software for hospitals and compounding centers. Our main software product is BD Cato(tm), which is a suite of comprehensive medication safety solutions for chemotherapy planning and medication preparation. With a success story that began more than 15 years ago, BD Cato(tm) is being used in many renowned hospitals all over Europe and the US. Additionally, we are now offering with BD Cato(tm) TPN an effective software solution for parental nutrition.

      Commercial project coordinator (f/m)

      BD Cato is looking for a highly talented Commercial Project Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the execution of different projects. Working within the constraints of budget, schedule and, scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to take on this challenge.

      In this role, you will lead the commercialization efforts of the BU for International Markets and of the platform bi-annual release process from R&D planning to general commercial availability. You will align with BD's global product development process and the global team. Furthermore, you will:

      • Lead commercialization efforts of all new products
      • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of project management principles
      • Actively use project management tools to independently manage projects
      • Organize and manage work streams for all projects, domestic and international resources
      • Manage the change of resources from traditional silo-structure to a service-oriented global resource pool
      • Develop tools and processes for work intake, resource allocation and skill set pairing
      • Management of projects using Microsoft Project or other tools
      • Proactively identify variance, propose mitigation and escalate as necessary
      • Collaborate and partner with stakeholders to ensure effective levels of transparency in the organization
      • Promote software quality initiatives by measuring and managing the organization to be more efficient and accurate in estimating over time

      • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Business Management
      • Ideally 3+ years of Project Management experience
      • Experience coordinating large cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, project implementation teams, R&D, quality)
      • Software experience within regulated environment (medical devices preferred)
      • Interpret resource and project data into decision making information
      • Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
      • Experience with enterprise CRM and resource planning software tools (project server etc.)
      • Languages: English & German, competency in other languages advantageous

      The annual minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 47.000,- (full-time basis, non-all-in contract). Based on individual skills and experience, we offer appropriate additional payment, in particular for senior profiles.
