The Red Bull Global Consumer Products division develops and sells merchandising products for international sports- and event-projects (Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, EC Red Bull Salzburg, Red Bull Air Race…) and manages the new Red Bull fashion brand AlphaTauri (www.alphatauri.com, http://www.redbullshop.com). As Licensing Manager you manage a specific group of product categories and licensees and support the execution of new license agreements. In cooperation with the Consumer Products team you conduct market researches and develop new businees opportunities. Furthermore you monitor product presentations and support new product launches.

Day-to-day management of a specific group of licensees
Monitor licensees' monthly financials, forecasting, and sales trends to provide an on-going analysis of the business; assess any royalty opportunity or risk versus budget
Support the execution of new license agreements, renewals, and amendments
Spearhead licensee business development opportunities and other ad hoc initiatives
Visit local stores to see new product launches, corporate initiatives and to monitor product presentation
Act as ambassador for the category. Research & understand the competitive landscape. Analyze and understand market trends, consumer trends, retailer and industry needs
Strategize and develop new business opportunities. Analyze account (licensee and retailer) business performances and develop growth objectives that are aligned with the overall consumer products strategies
Develop and implement product strategies, merchandising and marketing plans to ensure that sales are maximized and marketing objectives are met
Partner with sales in assortment / retail planning / sales pitches where relevant
Develop strong relationships with key retailers to maximize commercial and brand opportunities
Maintain general knowledge of the retail landscape and monitor retails sales performance of key licensees and programs
Build strong team-oriented relationships to develop opportunities of coordination with other categories, lines of business and departments and/or cross-promotional opportunities
Partner with the Product Development teams to bring compelling new product innovations to market
Ensures licensee product lines reflect the quality and brand/property objectives

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1768 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
