      Your tasks

      • Support the local and regional roll out of global projects
      • Assist the Manager with various international project-related topics
      • Provide administrative support for the wider project team
      • Collaborate with global team members, business units and other international functions Prepare documents, presentations and reports for top management and stakeholders
      • Schedule and attend meetings, and prepare related documents and materials

      Your qualifications

      • University degree in economics, commerce or business-related discipline
      • First work experience in international projects considered advantageous
      • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
      • High project and process management skills
      • Willingness to travel extensively as required (frequent European travel with occasional global travel demand)
      • Fluent in English (written and verbal), German language skills will be highly regarded
