      Automotive Sales Manager Asia (m/f)

      Due to our sustainable growth we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the area of autonomous driving, electric drive functions and advanced driver assistance systems in order to expand our market position in addition to our technological leadership. In this function you will contribute your technical and commercial skills to our Sales Team and act as an interface between our customers in Asia and our development teams in Vienna.

      Your Tasks

      • Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to aftersales relationship management
      • Acquiring strategically relevant new customers and partners and sustainably maintaining relationships with existing key accounts
      • Identifying customer needs, collecting requirements and developing business cases and proposals in close alignment with our development teams
      • Aligning customer activities with internal development teams and leading the contract negotiation
      • Aligning terms and conditions as well as contracts with our legal department and our customers
      • Regular reporting acquisition and sales forecast updates to Business Unit Management

      Your Profile

      • University degree in a technical or commercial field of study
      • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the technical B2B environment, ideally in the automotive industry
      • Professional experience with East-Asian culture is an advantage
      • Solution-oriented personality with customer focus
      • Proactive and positive team player with a goal-oriented way of working
      • Excellent command of English, East-Asian language skills (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) are an advantage
      • Willingness to travel up to 40%

      The "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte des Metallgewerbes" (Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade) is applicable. For the above position we offer a minimum gross salary of 42,000.- Euro per year. An overpayment is determined in accordance with your individual qualification and relevant professional experience.
