Research project set-up, ensuring that global and local business questions are continuously reflected in the project
Defining & monitoring sampling requirements to ensure maximal continuity of the tracking study
Monitoring of fieldwork and timings, ensuring quality expectations and deadlines are met
Communication and alignment of research process with internal clients (Red Bull Headquarter and countries)
Close cooperation with Scriptwriting & Data processing Specialists as well as Data Collection Specialist
Keeping all stakeholders up to date about the project
Thorough project documentation
Preparation and sharing of standard analyses and reports, also using dasboarding tools
Supporting Red Bull Headquarter and countries with ad-hoc analyses, reports, and Business Planning strategic guidance based on research results
Be a proactive and forward thinking analyst, making sure the study evolves and unveiling actionable insights for the business
Minimum of 3-5 years project management experience in a research agency (quantitative)
Profound experience with tracking and multi-country studies
Experience in building graphical reports with Power Point and with dashboarding tools, e.g. Tableau
Experience in steering external panel providers and knowledge of the principles of sampling and panel management appreciated
Basic knowledge of SPSS or comparable software
Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Analytical mindset and strong data visualization skills are must-haves
Excellent communication and team work skills, ability to multitask & stress-resistance

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
