      Job Description

      In this role, you have the opportunity to plan, track and execute projects with a high impact on improvement of processes and business

      You are responsible for:

      • The analysis of actual situation and identification of improvement opportunities in entire Manufacturing- and Business processes
      • The support in project management, based on Lean principles and culture
      • Focused implementation of improvements in close cooperation with responsible functions
      • The support in continuous improvement and meaning full updates of strategies and goal-deployments

      You are a part of an interdisciplinary team that is working on a worldwide level with cross functional disciplines.

      To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

      • Graduation from a university / higher technical school industrial economics or college in mechanical/industrial engineering
      • Analytical skills
      • IT skills: SAP knowledge and MS Office (advanced Excel skills)
      • Strong social skills and experience with bigger and interdisciplinary teams
      • Fluent English skills
      • Logical understanding
      • Entrepreneurial thinking/acting, result-oriented, able to work under pressure
      • Integral thinking, communicative, open minded
      • Technical knowledge, problem solving skills
      • Structured way of working

      The minimum yearly salary is equal to EUR 43.022.- / gross with willingness to overpay. The actual annual income is commensurate with the market, your qualifications, and experience. Additionally, we offer various social benefits
