      Job Description

      • Owner for the digital workflow management of the business unit
      • Development of the digital marketing and content strategy, as well as the customer journey planning for the business unit: Building Materials Europe
      • Creative idea generator, innovation driver and end2end processes thinker for all digital touchpoints
      • Control and coordination of digital projects with external agencies and the Digital IT Team
      • Introduction of mobile apps, tools and e-business applications in the organization
      • Application of Design Thinking Processes in product development, taking into account the interests of the global and regional stakeholders
      • Definition and specification of the user stories and usability process
      • Monitoring of digital platforms, measurements and processes by evaluating KPIs and data
      • Creation of market and requirement analyzes
      • Consulting the national and international companies and stakeholders by guiding and consulting the online marketing- and communication teams
      • Development and implementation of digital campaign, SEA Owner

      The Successful Applicant

      • Completed studies at a specialized university or college
      • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an online agency, start-up environment or international marketing team
      • Knowledge and active experience in dealing with digital marketing platforms incl. lead generation and workflow management
      • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) as well as experience in dealing with CMS systems
      • Knowledge of SEO, SEA and Google AdWords
      • Communicative team player with commitment, solution-oriented approach
      • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret performance data
      • Organizational talent - structured working method combined with a high quality standard
      • Safe handling of the requirements of a decentralized and entrepreneurial organizational structure
      • Very good communication skills in English and German
      • Application knowledge of Adobe and SAP Hybris platform desired
