To strengthen our team, we are looking for an organized Office & Travel Coordinator (m/f) to support in different administrative tasks.

One aspect of this role will be to provide administrative and organizational support for the Red Bull Air Race team. You'll act as the contact person for HQ reception and external building maintenance companies, manage the office during events and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. You'll not only be in charge of upholding the standards of the Austrian inspection law in cooperation with HQ, but also stand in while management is absent.
You'll be the first point of contact in all travel questions, coordinate race related bookings with all departments and Red Bull Air Race travel partners, take part in the hotel contracting process and oversee travelling costs. Control and enforcement of the travel policy is part of this role as well. You'll manage the authorization of travel changes and will be posting and handling invoices.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1586 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
