We are currently looking for a Technical Product Manager (m/f) for the area of Media & IT services.

You have a passion for technology and tackle projects in a proactive way? In this exciting position, you'll shape and oversee the current and future system architecture of web services within your domain. For those services you'll support the business users by performing service management duties. Furthermore, you constantly benchmark your services against industry solutions and concepts.
You'll define and specify software system design and manage the implementation process with an external development team.
You'll configure your services according to business needs. It is your responsibility to execute acceptance tests of software packages delivered from our partners. Moreover, you'll define and measure warranties, metrics and KPIs of your services.
You'll have end to end responsibility for services and provide 2nd level on-call support.
You want to work in an active and motivated SCRUM team? In this role you will be part of a cross functional, self-organized team and work closely together with our external development partners.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1,586 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
