As part of the team and in collaboration with the process owners you will help to improve corporate performance by managing and optimizing the company's media / marketing processes.

In order to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization's strategic goals, you will identify, evaluate, design, measure and monitor the company's media / marketing workflows. This exciting position also includes working collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of business processes. You`ll proactively solve process-related challenges and bring innovation into business processes with the aim of positively affecting its results.
ll identify, evaluate, design, measure and monitor all existing marketing / media processes. Therefore, youll facilitate and run process workshops involving liaising with business users and process requirements.
ll educate process owners and business users that are responsible for the management and operation of a business process. In addition, youll support your superior in all related activities and tasks.
Overall, you`ll introduce innovation into business processes, manage and accompany required changes.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1650 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
