We are strengthening our Business Processes & Workflows team and looking for an experienced team member (f/m). As part of the team and in collaboration with the process owners you will help to improve corporate performance by managing and optimizing the company's media / marketing processes.

      • In a nutshell

      In order to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization's strategic goals, you will identify, evaluate, design, measure and monitor the company's media / marketing workflows. This exciting position also includes working collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of business processes. You`ll proactively solve process-related challenges and bring innovation into business processes with the aim of positively affecting its results.

      • Process Design, Visualization & Workshops

      Youll identify, evaluate, design, measure and monitor all existing marketing / media processes. Therefore, youll facilitate and run process workshops involving liaising with business users and process requirements.

      • Collaboration with Process Owners, Business Users and Teams

      Youll educate process owners and business users that are responsible for the management and operation of a business process. In addition, youll support your superior in all related activities and tasks.

      • Change Management and Innovation

      Overall, you`ll introduce innovation into business processes, manage and accompany required changes.

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a media or marketing environment
      • Proven experience and/or strong affinity to business administration / process management
      • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is beneficial
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in leading meetings & workshops is a plus
      • Exceptional determination, self-motivation and proactivity
      • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
      • Capable to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
      • Ability to collaborate with different personalities of all hierarchies, team player
      • Degree in Media Management or (Content) Marketing Degree in Business Administration or Business Process Management with a strong affinity to media and/or (content) marketing
      • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is beneficial

      Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1650 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
