      International B2B Sales Manager (m/f)

      Tasks and Responsibilities:

      • Key Account Management for selected international B2B clients with close cross-country coordination
      • Strategic management of international B2B business:
      • identify further business potential for the Group (cross-country and cross-selling, with existing and new clients)
      • develop new international accounts in close cooperation with country organizations
      • support countries in establishing contact with potential international clients
      • Lead the international client tender process and coordinate participation across the Group
      • Support intercompany business and lead alignment processes between countries
      • Support the sales planning process for international clients with the country organizations
      • Organize and coordinate information exchange on client and other relevant sales topics (e.g. newsletters, meetings) between the GoodMills sales communities
      • Develop and set-up B2B sales standards and tools and implement across the Group
      • Responsible for market intelligence and for following trends and market developments
      • Analyse the Group's sales organizations and identify areas of potential development
      • Jointly responsible for capability development within country sales organizations (development of training plans and content)
      • Position the central B2B sales function internally as a strong business partner
      • Closely cooperate with other functions and participate in cross-functional projects as needed


      • University degree with focus on business administration or similar
      • Extensive B2B or B2C international sales management experience with responsibility for a top customer, preferably in food or consumer goods (minimum 5 years)
      • Extensive operational sales experience in B2B or B2C (minimum 10 years)
      • Experience in field sales force steering is a plus
      • Proven sales track record with large multi-national customers
      • Skilled customer relationship manager with strong business acumen
      • Competent communicator at all levels with excellent presentation, negotiation, listening and influencing skills
      • Experienced negotiator with practical understanding of all elements of commercial policy including contracts and terms and conditions
      • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, establish effective commercial strategies and identify resources required for implementation
      • Excellent knowledge and application of sales methods, tools and instruments
      • Strong analytical skills, pragmatic, structured and efficient, project management skills required
      • Fluency in English and ideally also in German, any other language of the region is a plus
      • Readiness to travel up to 40%
