      Job description

      In your new role you will:

      • Be responsible for Change Management in radar sensor projects by moderating the projects' change control board and hosting the issue and change tracking system
      • Ensure consistent data versioning and baselining in the project as Configuration Manager
      • Collaborate with experienced project managers and technical experts in large-scope international projects and with experts of system-on-chip development processes and methods
      • C oach and support employees regarding requirements management
      • Contribute to continuous process and methodology improvement

      Profile

      You are a person who gained experience in hardware or software development, processes, methods and tools. You know how to successfully align with various people internationally. You communicate openly, clearly, and coherently and are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. In addition your structured and solution oriented working style helps you to contribute to the projects' success even in complex situations.

      You are best equipped for this task if you:

      • Hold a University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Nanotechnology, Physics or similar
      • Are acquainted with hardware/software product development methodology and flow
      • Bring in some years of experience in change and configuration management
      • Have excellent English language skills (both writing and speaking) due to working in multi-cultural and multi-site teams with additional German skills as a plus

      This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment Group H (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
