We are strengthening our Business Processes & Workflows team and looking for an experienced team member (m/f). This position will be for now temporarily filled for 1.5 to 2 years, with the possibility of prolongation.

      • In a nutshell

      As part of the team and in close collaboration with the Senior Management of the various Business Units, you will help to improve corporate performance by managing and optimizing the company's media/marketing business process outcome. In order to ensure that business outcomes are in harmony with the organization's strategic goals, you will identify, evaluate, design, measure and monitor the company's workflows. This position also includes working collaboratively across all departments of the organization. Moreover, you will contribute to solve process-related challenges, strategic oriented thinking and to bring innovation into business with the aim of positively affecting its results.

      • Strategic thinking

      Are you a strategic thinking person with an eye for the details without losing sight of the big picture? You will Identify, evaluate, design, measure and monitor existing processes in the organization.

      • Improvement of organizations efficiency

      You will identify business process opportunities through development of new capabilities, align and balance cross-divisions' interest. You'll identify similarities, gaps, and needs to improve the organization's efficiency.

      • Project Management

      In this exciting role, you will introduce innovation into business processes. Therefore, you'll build and plan an implementation approach by using best practice project management techniques.

      • Sparring Partner

      You will establish effective and trustworthy working relationships with key stakeholders in the different departments. In doing so, you'll get a good understanding of different business areas and their challenges / opportunities accordingly.

      Your experience includes:

      (proven performance in)

      • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related field
      • 1-2 years' experience in leading projects
      • Proven track record of wide areas of tools (e.g. project planning, process mapping / modelling, enterprise solutions, etc.)
      • End-to-end mindset, big picture view of problems at hand
      • Solid presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Able to manage a portfolio of tasks independently and handle upward communication proactively
      • Change management skills of influencing network of stakeholders
      • Highly self-motivated
      • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
      • Ability to adapt to changing environment
      • Degree in Media Management or (Content) Marketing, Degree in Business Administration or Business Process Management with a strong affinity to media and/or (content) marketing
      • Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is beneficial

      Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1.687 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
