      Junior Structurer Asset Based Finance (f/m)

      Your tasks:

      • Contribution to the structuring and execution of Asset Based Finance transactions with focus on trade receivables and large volume factoring
      • Assuring high structuring quality and sufficient risk mitigation
      • Preparation and attendance of customer visits together with the Senior Transactor
      • Support the preparation of pitch presentations and mandate letters
      • Performance of due diligence and portfolio analysis
      • Contribution to legal documentation
      • Preparing of relevant credit and Board applications
      • Support in communication with third parties (rating agencies, originator, auditors, external legal counsels, agents, trustees, etc.)
      • Cooperation with other internal RBI-departments to implement and improve internal processes (account managers, credit department, operations, accounting, controlling, etc.)

      Your qualifications:

      • Successful studies in business administration (bachelor or master degree) or similar education
      • First job experience in banking and finance of 2-3 years beneficial, but not a prerequisite
      • High analytical skills
      • Basic knowledge of regulatory and accounting issues as well as capital markets
      • Good German and English language skills, further CEE language of benefit
      • Excellent skills in communication and negotiations
      • High willingness to learn, autonomy, self-motivation, flexibility and team orientation
      • Readiness to travel in Austria, Germany and CEE
